Early access
Voxlyn is an early-access product. These terms apply to any workspace using Voxlyn during this period, whether as a trial, pilot, or paid early customer. Voxlyn is currently operated by Muhammad Arslan.
The service, as-is
During early access, Voxlyn is provided as-is, without uptime or availability guarantees. Features, pricing, and the product itself may change as it evolves. We'll do our best to give notice of anything that materially affects your workspace.
Your responsibilities
You warrant that you have the right to upload, connect, and process the call recordings, chat transcripts, and other data you provide to Voxlyn — including obtaining any consent required under applicable law for recording your own calls (see the Privacy Policy for more on this).
Data ownership
Your call, chat, and workspace data remains yours. Voxlyn processes it solely to provide the QA scoring service to your workspace, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves during early access. We'll post the updated date above; material changes will be communicated directly to active workspaces.
