What Voxlyn is
Voxlyn is an AI-powered call and chat QA platform for BPOs and contact centers. This policy covers getvoxlyn.com and the Voxlyn product itself, and explains what data we process on behalf of the businesses ("customers") who use Voxlyn, and why.
Data we process
On behalf of a customer's own workspace, Voxlyn processes:
- Call and chat recordings and transcripts the customer supplies or connects (e.g. via their helpdesk/dialer)
- AI-generated scores, evidence quotes, and coaching notes derived from that content
- Workspace user accounts: name, email, role, and designation
This data is supplied by and belongs to the customer — Voxlyn does not independently collect call or chat content from anyone.
Why we process it
Solely to provide call and chat QA scoring to the customer's own workspace. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it to train AI models. It is sent to our sub-processors only to generate your workspace's own transcripts and scores.
Sub-processors
Voxlyn uses a small number of specialist providers to process customer data on our behalf:
- Transcription: Deepgram — converts call audio to text
- AI scoring: Anthropic — evaluates transcripts against a customer's scorecard
- Hosting and content delivery: currently Cloudflare for this website; the Voxlyn product's hosting provider will be named here once deployed
Retention
Retention is configurable per customer workspace. We haven't finalized default retention periods yet — contact us if you need specifics for your evaluation or trial.
Access
Access is scoped to a customer's own workspace and user roles. Any Voxlyn staff access to customer data is logged.
A note on call recording
Recording calls may require the consent of participants under the laws of your jurisdiction (for example, two-party or all-party consent requirements). That's the responsibility of the customer doing the recording — Voxlyn processes what a customer sends us and doesn't itself record calls.
Analytics on this website
getvoxlyn.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool that reports only anonymous, aggregate visit data (e.g. page views). It does not track individuals across sites and does not apply to the Voxlyn product itself.
